Branch Pickup Policy

A service that allows the customer to shop and select the nearest Cube branch to pick up the order. How the service works.

• Your order will be processed and sent to the branch specified by you.
• Pick-up from branches: 2-3 business days (Riyadh branches), 2-7 business days (Al-Khobar branch) for 5 riyals including tax
• Your order will take 1 to 3 business days to arrive (Riyadh branches).
• Your order will take 2 to 7 business days to arrive (Al Khobar branch).
• You will receive a text message when your order is ready for pickup.
• The service allows you to pick up the order from the branch within 48 hours of the order's arrival. If it is not picked up within the specified period, the order will be returned from the branch to the Cube warehouses with a fee of 5 riyals.

• If you wish to have the order shipped back to the branch, a fee of 5 riyals will be charged.
• In the event of order cancellation, the Cube store is entitled to deduct the order delivery fee to the branch and its return to the warehouse at a rate of 10 riyals.
• A fee of 5 riyals per day will be charged as a storage fee for any order not collected by the customer after one month from the date of the order.
• Our policy is subject to change without notice. Cube reserves the right to modify policies without prior notice to the customer at any time.
